At Pamol, management is conscious of manpower planning and efficiency at work which are integral parts of the planning process. Pamol’s management as a duty keeps accurate track of their manpower resources, to know what training should be given to their personnel down the line in view of building up their capacities. Besides cost effective management, fear of missing targets, commitment to work, preoccupation of achievements and attaining company’s objectives are the permanent worries of Pamol’s management.

The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the highest organ of Pamol. Its (Board) responsibility in the smooth execution of the investment and restructure programme contained therein is overwhelming.
The Board is made up of twelve (12) members representing the shareholders. At the helm of the Board is the Chairman, whose foresight in piloting the young Pamol from the ashes of the liquidated PPCL is lauded by all.

The General Manager

The General Manager of Pamol has amazingly sailed through the hurdles that looked insurmountable. He has steadily and carefully executed a restructure program that has enabled the corporation get this far. In fact, Pamol is now ready for increased investments through investment plans. The General Manager is assisted by a Deputy General Manager.

Main Departments

Pamol has five (5) main departments with four (4) senior managers, as follows:
1) Finance and Administrative department – headed by a Finance and Administrative Manager.
2) Plantations Department, headed by a Plantations Manager.
3) Technical Department, headed by a Technical Manager.
4) Internal Audit Department, headed by an Internal Auditor
5) Research Department, headed by a Research Officer.

	Finance & Administrative Manager Kamadje Albert The Finance and Administrative Manager is responsible for all the company’s financial and administrative matters.
	Internal Audit/Personnel Manager Emmanuel A. Bamu The Internal Auditor serves as the company’s watchdog, ensuring that activities conform with laid down procedures.
	Technical Manager Nkiambuo M. Charles The Technical Manager is responsible for the processing of FFB, and all engineering work.
	Plantations Manager Mofor Thompson Tawo The Plantations Manager has the responsibility to oversee all operations relating to plantations in the three estates - Lobe Estate, Ndian Estate and Bai Estate.
	Research Officer Dr. Etta Culbertson Enow The Research Officer controls the research centre.
