At Pamol, management is conscious of manpower planning and efficiency at work which are integral parts of the planning process. Pamol’s management as a duty keeps accurate track of their manpower resources, to know what training should be given to their personnel down the line in view of building up their capacities. Besides cost effective management, fear of missing targets, commitment to work, preoccupation of achievements and attaining company’s objectives are the permanent worries of Pamol’s management. The Board of Directors The Board of Directors is the highest organ of Pamol. Its (Board) responsibility in the smooth execution of the investment and restructure programme contained therein is overwhelming. The General Manager The General Manager of Pamol has amazingly sailed through the hurdles that looked insurmountable. He has steadily and carefully executed a restructure program that has enabled the corporation get this far. In fact, Pamol is now ready for increased investments through investment plans. The General Manager is assisted by a Deputy General Manager.
